Rithmic Direct - DTC keeps reconnecting; charts and Dom are frozen

Hello, My Sierra Chart cannot. connect to Rithmic-Direct DTC. It keeps switching between "connecting" and "reconnect wait", and my charts and DOM are frozen. The message Log shows "Error connecting to Data or Trading service". I already send the log using "send for analysis". Please review and advise. THANK YOU |

Typically, when we see that kind of continuous reconnecting with Rithmic, it is due to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections But we do not see any incorrect symbols in your Message Log, so we do not think it is the above. Still, you should go through the above link and make sure there are no non-Rithmic symbols in your chartbooks when connecting to Rithmic. We did have reports last week of issues connecting to the Chicago Non-Aggregated server, which was due to an IP address issue from Rithmic. This could be the issue you are having. We put in a fix for this on our end, but it requires that you update to the latest release. The latest release also requires that you recompile any custom studies you are using, so we understand that this may not be what you want to do right now. In this case, we can only recommend trying a different server to see if it resolves your issue. -- Separately, we see the following in your log: Chart #10 | Base Graph ID: 0 SubGraphData Array1: Array is unallocated.
We are not certain why you are getting this, although it is not something that requires "fixing". But we would recommend deleting all the data and redownloading for that chart (#10). Keep in mind that since Rithmic does not have much historical data, you may lose historical data in your chart by redownloading the data.
