Hello, My Sierra Chart cannot. connect to Rithmic-Direct DTC. It keeps switching between "connecting" and "reconnect wait", and my charts and DOM are frozen. The message Log shows "Error connecting to Data or Trading service". I already send the log using "send for analysis". Please review and advise. THANK YOU
