Hello, I cannot load data for any NYMEX(CL) or COMEX(GC) futures instrument on my prop firm account. I am able to load CME data and trade NQ and ES but not CL and GC. I have verified that the data loads on Rithmic's RTrader Pro. I have contacted the prop firm(Tradeify) I trade with and they suggested it is a Sierra Chart issue.
