We do not know what you are referring to when you state that one of the servers is "SLOW". What makes you state this? But, in looking through your Message Log, we see a set of messages that are the following: 2026-10-15 09:19:39.557 | DTC Client socket (6) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. *
2026-10-15 09:19:39.559 | Denali Data Feed | Disconnected from the server. 2026-10-15 09:19:41.573 | SC Data with Depth | Connecting to the server ds4.sierracharts.com. Port 443 2026-10-15 09:19:41.581 | Error getting address info for ds4.sierracharts.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. * 2026-10-15 09:19:42.575 | Error getting address info for ds31.sierracharts.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. * 2026-10-15 09:19:43.586 | DTC Client socket (1) | Using previously cached IP address because unable to resolve domain name And then later, you have a few more like the following: 2026-10-15 09:50:11.965 | DTC Client socket (10) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. *
In general, you are having a connectivity issue. Refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem But, you also are having a Domain Name resolution issue. Make sure you go through item #5 in the section linked above that deals specifically with DNS issues.
