hi, i dont know why but after i log in the datafeed doesnt connect. i tried re updating the software again but it doesnt work. i tried hitting "connect to data" in the file section. Please help. i understand this thread may have already been created. but i also come to realize i cannot get around this without a team member. thank you so much.
