By accident I ordered service package 12....i then contacted support and ask to switch me bavk to service package 5... i just needed TPO, Volume profile, DOM, Footprint and real time data to execute my trades.... Can someone please help me get service package 5 together with data from Denali and teton routing |

Package 5 (and Package 3, which are the "Base" packages) do not allow for connetivity with data and trading services. If you want to get real-time data and trade with Teton, then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. For the TPO, you would want to be on one of the "Integrated Advanced" packages.
