Package 5 (and Package 3, which are the "Base" packages) do not allow for connetivity with data and trading services. If you want to get real-time data and trade with Teton, then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. For the TPO, you would want to be on one of the "Integrated Advanced" packages.
