Yesterday there was a problem with the execution of arbitrary orders.

Real Account, put on a Sell limit the December gold at 1167.0, immediately put a Buy Stop at 1167.8. Executed Sell Limit (1167.0) , after some time Stop (1167.8 buying). On it all had to end, I look at the schedule and do not understand anything. Open positions on Long 1167.6. I did not open it myself !!!! Well, immediately put Sell limit at 1168.6 to close the position. He executed and immediately opened short 1168.6 !!! I did not open this pose. Market close this pose.
Today only deal with the settings Trade Activity Log.
There in the description it is seen that in these two controversial order, which I did not open, use the button "Flatten and Cancel" . But I did not press it !!! Absolutely! What could be the problem? The file Trade Activity is attached. Sorry for the English.

In my trading log there are two market orders that appear to be sent by pressing the “cancel and flatten” button, but I’m positive this button hasn’t been pressed. Is there anything that could be a reason for something like this to happen?

We have cleaned up the Trade Activity Log to No Show what were the orders that were entered. The lines that contain "User order entry" were orders that you submitted.

The lines that contain "Filled" indicates where an order has filled.

Thank you, I understand how you've cleaned the log but my point is that orders marked as " User order entry. Flatten&Cancel | "
have been generated on the platform without my knowledge and I was wondering how this could happen. Please clarify.

The log is very clear. One way or another the Flatten and Cancel button on a Trade Window was pressed. Perhaps even just selecting that button and pressing the space bar can trigger it. This command can even be added to the chart shortcut menu which displays when you right-click on a chart.

And there is a keyboard command which can also invoke Flatten if it is configured through Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts.

However, there is something that did get our attention in the log that does not seem quite right and we want to review it again. We want to look at the current position quantity data.

I got the similar issues with TransAct/Sierrchart Live trading:

1. Somehow, YM chart got 1 order filled without my attention.

2. another issue with Attched Orders: Sierrachart is freezing once the order filled with attached orders.

Anyone had the same issues?

1. Refer to the Trade Activity Log for help with this:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php

2. What do you mean by "freezing". If you mean that the data feed stops because the TransAct bridge program abnormally shutdown, then we do have reports of this but TransAct will have to solve this problem.

Please do not post further in this thread and start a new one because your request is unrelated to the first post.

We can assure you, Sierra Chart is not going to enter orders without a user submitting them. That just does not happen. It is impossible unless someone has an automated trading system.
