Sierra Chart Version: 2945 (64-bit)
Service Package: Package 3 (Delayed CME Data Feed)
Symbols Affected: ESU26-CME, MESU26-CME (all timeframes). I only look at the ES and NQ

Starting today around 09:00am gmt, historical data updates and real-time delayed data stopped working across all charts. The chart states "Unsupported protocol version" / fails to update.

The Message Log indicates that the client sends the encoding request (Binary VLS), but the connection is repeatedly dropped mid-handshake with Windows error code 10053 and Server has requested a logoff. Reason: No Logon message received.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Attempted:

Updated Sierra Chart to the latest version (2945).
Performed Edit -> Delete All Data and Download.
Verified Windows Defender exclusions and allowed SierraChart.exe for both Private and Public network profiles in Windows Defender Firewall.
Forced Windows time synchronization.
Attempted toggling Always Use Port 443 For Real-time Data and Use Encryption For Historical Data Downloads.
I also installed another copy of sierra chart in a new directory but had the same thing.

I've attached a sample of the logs around 15:00gmt. Please help, I'm frustrated. Thanks.

Please follow the instructions at the following link to use the "Forced Login" option and ensure that your local copy of Sierra Chart is in sync with our servers:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login

But, the error of 10053 often means that you are having a network connectivity issue to our servers. We are not having any issues with our servers at this time, so this would be an issue on your end somewhere. Keep in mind, you are using the public Internet, so the issue could be anywhere. Please refer to the following on this:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

If you do continue to have an issue, then please get us your entire Message Log by following these instructions:
