I'm using the feature to copy drawings between chartbooks to other charts with the "Chartbook Name : Chart Number" like the instructions say to do, and it is correctly copying the drawings between the chartbooks. But what happens is that when I switch between chartbooks, and then go back to the chartbook that the drawing is being copied to the Volume by Price studies I'm using for volume profiles appear like they are blacked out. I can see them and the outlines, so they're not gone, but the normal color is gone and they look like they've been filled with black instead. Refreshing the charts doesn't seem to fix it. The only way to fix it that I've found so far is to remove the chart drawing link between the two charts, close the chartbook, and re-open it. Also when I switch back to the original chartbook the VbP studies will also temporarily be blacked out, but they seem to correct themselves. I'm on version 2939.

Please get us "before" and "after" images of what you are seeing. Also, we are curious, although it should not matter, are the Volume by Price studies you are having the issue with created using the "Drawn Volume Profile", or were they added using the standard "Volume by Price" study? Before: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1787245588844.png After: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=178724542165.png They were added using the standard "Volume by Price" study. This is not even the chart in the chartbook that I'm copying the drawings to though. Its actually a different chart in the chart book that I'm copying the drawings to, and previously that chart also had the volume by price study get blacked out (there's only 1 VbP study on that chart), but I can't seem to recreate that now. For some reason the chart that the drawing is actually being copied to is not having it's VbP study get blacked out now, but it did before when I first messaged about this. For whatever reason, this other chart in this chartbook is having the VbP studies get blacked out, even though the drawing is not being copied to it. I have an identical chart in this chartbook for ES and it is happening to that chart as well. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. |

We really do not think this has anything to do with copying drawings between charts. But, we do not know what is causing it. Are those images of the exact same chart? One odd thing we see is that in the "Before" image, the profiles are aligned so that their base is to the right. But in the "After" image, the base is aligned to the left. Please get us the chartbooks in which you are able to reproduce this and let us know what chart is showing this issue and what you are doing when you have this occur.
