Yes that picture is of the exact same chart. I'm not sure why the bases would be shifted. I might have done that by accident when trying to recreate the problem, or maybe its related to the issue, I'm not really sure, but it is the same chart. I have attached the chartbook. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you for the help.
