I use Sierra on two different computers and transfer files by email between them. Almost every time I load a file that I used on my personal laptop to my work machine, I have gaps in data and I am unsure which settings I need to change so those gaps disappear. I have included a screenshot of what I am talking about. And now for some reason, even when I try to load the original file from my laptop I am getting the gaps.

The basic problem is you are relying on Rithmic historical data and that is unreliable/unavailable:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy

Rithmic apparently has changed rules and are blocking it after so much data has been downloaded. There is nothing we can do about that.

The only definitive solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

There are no limits with historical data being downloaded with our own data feed.

So does this mean I need to change the login on the Data/Trade Service Settings to my Sierra user name and password for the Historical Data Username and Historical Data Password? I have selected "Yes" under Common Settings to Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

No, that is not how you do it.

It means that if you want to get the data from us, then you need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data from us. We assume you are wanting data for the CME Group, in which case you will need to follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Also refer to the following that explains how you get the data from us after you have it setup when you are connecting to your chosen trading service:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Sometimes I feel like such an idiot trying to set all of this up and get perplexed when something stops working for some reason. I had failed to see that I needed to re-activate my Exchanges. Thanks for your help.
