Hi, I'm submitting orders to my Rithmic account (Lucid Trading, LucidTrading-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated) through Sierra Chart's DTC Protocol Server from a local client. Every order is accepted locally by Sierra Chart but then times out with no response ever coming back from Rithmic/the exchange -- no real order ID assigned. Consistent across multiple attempts, symbols (tested MNQU6/CME), and a full data feed disconnect/reconnect. Allow Trading, Sim Mode, and the DTC IP allowlist are all set correctly. The same order placed manually through R|Trader Pro on the same account fills instantly, so the Rithmic connection and account are fine -- this seems isolated to Sierra Chart's own DTC order-routing. Searched the Support Board first (account-ID-length truncation is the closest precedent I found, but ours is 25 chars, under the 31-char limit) and also tested with IsAutomatedOrder=False in case automated orders are treated differently -- same timeout either way. What else could cause this? |

Is this the error message from Rithmic: no real order ID assigned.

No, the exact message shown in Sierra Chart's own Trade Activity Log is: "Order timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server... Service Order ID: (none)" It's generated by Sierra Chart itself (while waiting on Rithmic's response), not a message coming from Rithmic directly. |

What is the exact Symbol that you are specifying? Make sure you use MNQU6.CME and do not set the Exchange member of the order message.
