Thanks, we were sending "Symbol": "MNQU6" and "Exchange": "CME" as separate fields. Switched to "Symbol": "MNQU6.CME" with no Exchange field, and orders now get a real Service Order ID instead of the silent timeout. However, a new issue has come up where orders now reject "bad price," even with a genuinely marketable limit against the live ask. Sierra Chart shows no live quote for MNQU6 at all (chart says "Historical Intraday Data Download Skipped," Trade window's Bid/Ask is blank). Does order routing need a live data subscription (e.g. Denali) even with a funded, agreement-signed account, or should Rithmic Direct-DTC provide quotes on its own? |
