Hi, I have Denali Data Feed and CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book enabled. ES futures work correctly. Opening any ES futures option (for example C.US.EP12Q266250) returns: Symbol settings not found for current service Is my account authorized for CME futures options, or is an additional exchange package required? |
