The Price Action on my Trading Chart is not moving. I was trading in sim 1 mode when it suddenly stopped. I have tried all options but not successful. There is a symbol 4L in red showing at the bottom of the chart. I need a remote assistance, please. Thanks. Stephen |

The red "4L" in the bottom right corner of your chart means that you are not scrolled to the end, the bar spacing is set to 4 pixels, and you are in Logarithmic mode for your chart. Refer to the following: Working With Charts: Chart Settings Indicators at Lower Right of Chart The fact that you are not seeing the charts update could be due to not having the chart scrolled all the way the far right end. Be sure to scroll all the way forward, at which point the indicator in the bottom right should turn green. Otherwise, refer to the following for other items to check: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
