I think I may be flagged as a professional when I shouldn't be. I need help to connect to real time data. What I have activated in the past - CME Level 2 depth of market. I've tried self-help to get me through to a live trading state. This is a bit concerning and opaque to me. I trade live via AMP on Teton CME. Please reset my status back to Non-Professional so I can activate CME with Market Depth. |

Hi Support, My apologies for the fire drill. I see I could have averted starting back on July 7th 2026. That is on me. I'm not sure why this got triggered if I had filled out that I am a non-professional already when first onboarding SC? Any way. I responded to that old ticket. How long for this to get resolved? Please let us know if you believe they have made a mistake.
