Hi Support, My apologies for the fire drill. I see I could have averted starting back on July 7th 2026. That is on me. I'm not sure why this got triggered if I had filled out that I am a non-professional already when first onboarding SC? Any way. I responded to that old ticket. How long for this to get resolved? They have advised us that your name appeared in a FINRA Database search (or NFA, CFP). Being registered under FINRA (or NFA, CFP), as the CME defines it, makes one a Professional and so removes the ability to get discounted (Non-Professional) Exchange Fees. Please let us know if you believe they have made a mistake.
