Hi, I have OEC broker. Today I paid for the Sierrachart Datafeed plus Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth. I've checked Numbers bars with the one of my friend and they are completely different. This guy uses same paid Datafeed from your Company. How is it possible to have completely different data when we are both using same paid Datafeed? Value differs almost on every price level. Even something easy to count like Total Volume. I have set everything in the same way as your recommendation on page Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed But so far it seems to me that I'm still receiving free of chargé data from OEC.... |

This is due to a problem with the data feed on one of the servers. We are working on solving this now. We have switched users to the other server.
