I painstakingly setup Denali/SC data with AMP as my broker. Key was to ensure I was paying for CME data via Sierra Charts, not AMP. I was then able to populate the Chart DOM with MBO data. I had these Chart DOM columns: Last, Bid Market Orders, Price, Ask Market Orders. All worked great on Friday 7/24/2026. I have auto save configuration enabled. I shut down Sierra Charts.

Monday 7/27/2026 I re-connected and no MBO data. All the required settings to get MBO data was seemingly correct. Its hard to fully see this becuase its such a complex setup, but I am rather certain all were set as needed. Google Gemini is a life saver for this.

Thru trial and error I found I now need to add another column to the Chart DOM. For example, if I simply add the column Combined Bid/Ask, the MBO data populates. I remove the Combined Bid/Ask column and the MBO data no longer populates.

To further test, I duplicated the chart. In the new chart I removed the Combined Bid/Ask column. Weirdly the MBO data still appeared in both charts.

So I then removed the Combined Bid/Ask column from the original chart, so both charts no longer had the Combined Bid/Ask data. The MBO data vanished.

I then added the Combined Bid/Ask column back to the original chart, and both charts DOMs now have MBO data.

Very strange behavior.

There is no connection between the "Combined Bid/Ask" and the Market by Order data showing. There must be something else going on, although we are not certain what exactly.

Attached is an image of what we think is your setup - from left to right the columms are the following:
- Last Size
- Bid Market Orders Column
- Price
- Ask Market Orders Column

Please verify for us that you have the option for "Trade >> Show Market Data Columns" enabled and that "Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On" is NOT enabled.

Please get us an image of your DOM when you do NOT have the MBO data showing.

with has Combined Bid Ask column

without removes Combined Bid Ask column

I can repeatedly add/remove; adding will populate the range of MBO data, remove will leave only at price values - 1 row.

The 1 row experience is akin to what happens if I use Amp as data and trading source. In order to get the range of MBO data to popule, per instructions, I need to use SC Data.

When you connect to AMP, what order routing service are you using?

What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to?

Separately - just so you are aware, you have the following exchanges active:
- CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book
- CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

You do not need both of these. Deactivate the one you do not need, preferably before August 1, 2026, so you are not charged again on that date for the month of August.

Maybe this is related to the issue. I believe if I use top-of-book data it will not contain MBO data

I do see in Recurring Services I am set to pay

2026-08-01  2026-08-01  Monthly (Calendar Month)  2.00  Denali - Activated Exchange: CME non-professional top-of-book

But I do not see how to deactivate this

I do not see it as an active service.

How do I deactivate this?

We see that you have deactivated the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange. So that will not renew next month.

But that is unrelated to your MBO issue. You have an exchange active that includes Market Depth.
