My Sierra Chart account appears to be flagged and incorrectly classified as a CME professional user. I am an individual, non-professional futures trader trading only my own personal trading account. I am not a broker, financial advisor, financial institution, market data vendor or trading for any other person or company. I am using Sierra chart with my own personal AMP futures account and would like my CME classification reviewed and changed to non-professional status so I can subscribe to the appropriate non-professional CME exchange fees. please let me know if you need any additional info from me thank you |

Your original agreements were signed in 2021, and in October 2025, your account was changed to Professional due to the amount of time that had passed and the agreements having been updated. At this time, you need to redo the agreements for the exchanges for which you want real-time data.
