Time and Sales market sell orders showing in the Recent Ask Volume on the DOM and V/Versa

Hello, can you help with this issue? Time and Sales market sell orders are showing in the Recent Ask Volume on the DOM and Vice Versa. I should see market sells in the Recent Bid Volume and market buys in the recent Ask volume column. I have checked my DOM settings to confirm the layout is correct. I have also checked the time and sales graphic settings and cannot see an issue either. Is there an issue with the Denali data to my account? <Please see the example attachment> I hope you can help, Thanks |

You probably do not have the background colors set as you want them. What exactly is the item that is being displayed in your DOM? What is that column? And are you displaying the Last Traded volume in that column? Hello John, thanks for the reply. The two columns are the 'Recent Bid Volume' and the 'Recent Ask Volume', please see attachment. The problem is that when I see a sell market order on the 'Time and Sales', it should show on the 'Recent Bid Volume', which is the column next to Blue 'Buy' Column. It's not showing here but instead it's showing in the 'Recent Ask Volume'. In the previous message you can see the colour settings for the time and Sales. It shouldn't matter what colour my background is if the order is appearing the wrong column. I hope this makes sense. I want the sell market orders next the buy limit orders. Per the image named "CutomiseChartDomColomns.png" you have the "Recent Ask Column" directly to the left of the Sell column. Per the PDF file named "sierra_charts_issue.pdf" you have the Ask Trades setup to display in red. Per the image named "DOM example error.png" you have a trade colored red for a value of 1 in the Time and Sales. Given the above, you have a red value of 1 in the Time and Sales indicating it is an Ask trade and that trade is showing in the Recent Ask Column.
