Per the PDF file named "sierra_charts_issue.pdf" you have the Ask Trades setup to display in red. Per the image named "DOM example error.png" you have a trade colored red for a value of 1 in the Time and Sales. Given the above, you have a red value of 1 in the Time and Sales indicating it is an Ask trade and that trade is showing in the Recent Ask Column.
