Hello,

I'm trying to trade S&P Micros

I'm getting delayed data

although I've paid for live Denali data feed
and have a funded account with AmpFutures.

1. I have purchased the correct data package on Sierra website(Package 12 Integrated Advanced MBO)
2. I have clicked "YES" on Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds
2. Funded the Amp Futures account
3. The funds are showing up through sierra charts "Trade Account Monitor"

My guess is I'm doing something wrong in the "Data/Trade Service Settings"
- Please tell me what to try from here.
- I've tried various services but I just want to use the Denali data feed, using Amp Futures

Thank you in advance!

You do not currently have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

Thank you very much!!
Struggled with that for a long time.

One more question.
It's after hours but it appears to live. No more delayed on title bar.

Just to confirm:
Am I supposed to leave the "Current Selected Service" to [Teton CME Routing [trading]] to use the Denali data feed?

no, if you don't want to connect this live-account, switch to SC-data

It doesn't matter what your "Current Selected Service" is set to in order to receive the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart is setup to allow you to get the data from us, while connecting to your preferred trading service. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services

So you would set the "Current Selected Service" based on what you need it to be set to.

that’s what I’m not understanding. I’ve set the account to Amp futures but there’s no Denali data service on the list.

I want to trade live, which is why I didn’t pick SC Data. From my understanding SC Data doesn’t allow for live trading.

I tried to follow the instructions on the website but for me it’s not clear which data feed to pick for Denali. If you could please explain it, I would really appreciate your help.

You do not set anything specifically in order to get the data from our "Denali Exchange Data Feed". The information in the last link we gave you gives you the information related to this. Here is the link again:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services

The only item that matters is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds". This should be set to "Yes" in order to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. There is no reason to change this unless you have a special setup, which you do not at this time.
