Chartbook Won't Load in New Sierra Chart Instance

Hello, I'm trying to follow this guide to open a new Sierra Chart instance on another monitor (File → New Instance): Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance: Instructions For Sharing Data Using Sub Instances (Easiest And Recommended Method) However, I keep running into an issue where the Chartbook never loads in the new instance. It seems to get stuck at "Downloading Continuous Contract Data." See screenshot. Also I don't see any messages in Message Log.
