Hi, I just want to verify that my Sierra Chart account and Denali data are fully active and paid up. My account says my service is active until July 10, but it also says I need to add $46 before renewal. Can you please confirm that everything is currently active and that I am receiving real-time Denali CME data? If anything is inactive or needs payment right now, please let me know exactly what I need to do. My charts are frozen since and i dont know what to do yesterday. Thank you.

Your package is fine, as you state you have 9 days of Usage Time remaining. After July 10, 2026, your account will try to renew to the package you have selected. As long as you have enough funds in your account at that time, then this will occur automatically.

The exchange that you had active in June, however, did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You will need to add funds to your account and then you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

Hi, Im sorry to bother you again, but I paid the $46.50 and my account now shows a $46.50 service balance. I still do not have real-time CME data. My DOM is still showing yesterday’s P/L, and reconnecting to the data feed did not resolve the issue. Is there anything else I should do on my end?
