Hi, this issue relates only to trades from today

I traded MNQ

each time I did a market buy, the filled order price was significantly lower than the current price and I was instantly in profit (more than I should be). When i closed the trade the NPL seemed to reflect the actual NPL

I called my broker Edgeclear and they saw that the filled prices were in fact lower than they should have been. But the NPL on their end also seemed to reflect the actual/correct NPL. I updated to latest version of SC. Still the same issue. Edgeclear said to contact you. Thank you

The exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. Therefore, you are viewing delayed streaming data, which is why the fills are not at the prices you are expecting.

We are a bit confused though on why you had the "CME E-Mini for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" active rather than one of the "Non-Professional" exchange options. You have properly completed the Exchange Agreements, and your Sierra Chart account is tagged as a Non-Professional. Additionally, your "Verified Until" date is curently showing as "July 29, 2026", so you are properly connecting to a valid trading account to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group.

In any case, you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

Hey John, thanks for the quick reply

I activated the following:

[✔] The 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time

I should be good to go now getting live data and using Teton? No money owed?

At one point I was trading rithmic prop accounts. Now I'm with edgeclear. idk if that related to the confusion

We are not certain what you are asking in these questions.

You are setup to get the real-time data now, and everything on your account looks good, so you should be fine now.
