You have properly completed the Exchange Agreements, and your Sierra Chart account is tagged as a Non-Professional. Additionally, your "Verified Until" date is curently showing as "July 29, 2026", so you are properly connecting to a valid trading account to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group.
