Hi, i have problem placing order in Trading Evaluator - Delayed

I have follow below setup instruction
Simulated Futures Trading Service: Setup Instructions

Trade Simulation Mode On is untick.

But I am still failed to place any order,

After I place an order, I can see Sent on the Chart (refer attached image), but just less than 1 second quickly disappear

There are no message in Trade Service Log as well

I am getting Trading is disabled error when tried to place order in Web Trading Panel

WS 0 [Trading]: Order update received: New order rejected | Rejected | Account: tanchekwei1 | Symbol: NQU26 | 1782830591665_NQU26 Trading is disabled.

Edit the information for the Trading Evaluator account and check the setting for "Main >> Trading is Disabled". It looks like this is set to "Yes", but it shoudl be "No".

To edit the account, select "Trade >> Trade Account Monitor", select the account you wnat to edit, and then select "Manage >> Edit Trade Account".
