Hi,

I upgraded my account to Package 10 Integrated Standard today but "Denali Exchange Data Feed" is not showing in Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings > Service dropdown list.

My Sierra Chart username: samuele.morganti

Can you please activate Denali Exchange Data Feed for my account?

Thank you.

That is not how you get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

If you are properly setup to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you just have to ensure that the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service SEttings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes".

Then, it doesn't matter what service your system is connected to, you will get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services

As User135243 points out, if you do not have a specific service to connect to, then you would set your "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data", as this has you connected to us just to get the data.

We do need to point out that you had activated the following Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group (we see that it is currently deactivated):
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

But you have not connected to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. Refer to the following for why you need to do this:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Additionally, when you filled out your Exchange Agreements, you have not done them correctly. You need to enter a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not know your "Clearing Firm" then enter your brokerage name. You can redo the agreements at the following link when you have an account that will qualify for the non-professional exchanges for the CME Group:
