Hello, I have activated: CME, For professionals and users without a trading account Ending Date: 2026-06-30 Auto Renew: Enabled Denali Data Feed is active. Sierra Chart package: 11 - Integrated Advanced. However all COMEX symbols still show: [Delayed] Examples: GCQ26-COMEX GCZ26-COMEX Message Log reports: Delayed Data Feed Delay approximately 10 minutes. I have already: - restarted Sierra Chart - reconnected data feed - opened new COMEX charts but data remains delayed. Could you please check my account and confirm why CME/COMEX data is still delayed although the CME package is active? Thank you. |

You have to pay the professional exchange fee for COMEX. The CME does not cover COMEX.
