I have done everything and paid so much money and still cannot seem to get to the point where I can trade. Package 10. Rithmic via Discount Traders. Denali Data. All paid for. agreements acknowledged across the board. When i connect via Rithmic I get no data on the 1 minute chart. When I connect via SC Data I am stuck in simulation mode and can't get the Chart Dom to recognize my account number and display in the drop down.

If you are wanting to trade with Discount Traders, then you need to be connected to the proper server for Rithmic for them. Follow the instructions at the following link for this: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions When you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data", then you are only in Simulation Mode, as you are not connected to a trading service - you are just connected to us in order to get data. We also want to point out that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us for the CME Group. You have the following exchanges active: - NASDAQ TotalView - U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape These give you equities data for the respective exchanges. Refer to the information on these exchanges at the following links: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed Denali Exchange Data Feed: U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with NASDAQ TotalView One final note - today is the Juneteenth holiday in the U.S. so the CME Group closed at 12:00:00 Central US Time and the equity markets are not open at all today. So if you are just not getting data right now and not able to trade right now, this would be due to the exchanges being closed.
