Hello, I am using the Rithmic Direct - DTC service for order routing only, and I use Denali Exchange Data for my market data. My charts and DOM are working perfectly with this setup using mapped symbols (ESU6.CME). However, when I connect a custom Python bot to the Sierra Chart DTC Server (Port 11099), the bot authenticates successfully but receives no market data for ESU6.CME. The Sierra Chart Message Log shows: Service=rithmic_v2.trading | SymbolSettings=rithmic_v2.trading. It appears the DTC server is attempting to request market data from the Rithmic service instead of using the Denali data already active in the program. How can I configure the DTC Server to provide the Denali market data to my bot while Rithmic is the active trading service? Thank you. |

You can not do what you are trying to do. You can not get the data out of the system using DTC, as the exchanges do not allow it. Refer to the following: Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Restrictions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
