Dear Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I have a question regarding your data packages. I would like to be able to use two devices simultaneously while trading the CME E-mini S&P 500 in real time. Could you please let me know which data package would allow me to access and use real-time CME E-mini S&P 500 market data on two devices at the same time? Thank you for your assistance. There are two aspects to this. 1. The Sierra Chart software itself has a control for how many separate computers can be used at the same time. This depends on the package you are on. Your current package (Integrated Advanced) allows for up to 3 different computers at the same time, so you are fine in this regard. 2. The Denali Exchange Data Feed can only be used on up to 2 different computers at the same time, and you need to pay a second set of exchange fees in order to get the data to two different computers.
