Dear support, I booked the [NASDAQ TotalView (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX traded on NASDAQ with market depth) Exchange] yesterday and the data for those symbols is still delayed. What do I miss? Appreciate too hear from you soon, as the fee got already subtracted but the service isnt yet available to me. Thanks in Advance Kind Regards! |

Most likely you are not using the proper symbols. You need to enter the symbols with the standard ticker and then a suffix of -NQTV (such as TSLA-NQTV).
