For ESU26 prior to and including 6/10/26, the back adjusted data is returning prices of double the current price with current price being "correct", so charts are radically skewed between today and 6/10.

I have tried the following:

- File >> Disconnect/Re-Connect Data feed
- Restart platform
- Global Symbol Settings - (1) Verify Custom symbols settings NOT used (1) toggle custom symbol settings on/off (3) Update from Server.
- Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol settings
- Chart settings >> Do Not Change Symbol settings for Chart on Symbol Change >> Toggled to "NO". I personally use "YES" I know it's "Not recommended" but it is onerous to change symbol settings for multiple charts when I roll if I've had to toggle off "use custom symbol settings" at any point to fix other issues and I've not found another way to keep the price axis formatting.

I can't find any posts on the forum regarding this, so it seems related to my settings specifically. I am NOT seeing this on other CME equity indices.

Or could it be related to issues from last week? I just figured you'd have heard about it by now.

Thanks!

We are not seeing this, nor have we heard anything about it.

Please get us an image of your chart showing where this is occurring. Be sure the option for "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates" is enabled, as we want to see if this is at the rollover. Follow these instructions to get us an image:

This worked, thanks!

Based on my experience with these steps, it might be helpful to mention up front that this process should be completed in the main DTC Server instance of Sierra Chart.

It didn’t occur to me initially, and I first did this in the instance where the issue was occurring, which didn’t resolve the problem. Once I repeated the process in the main instance and did the final "Delete All Data and Download," the issue was fixed.

I did see the note about instances in Section 7, but I still didn't make the connection at that point. This was definitely a rookie mistake on my part, but adding that clarification near the beginning might help others avoid the same mistake.

Thanks again!
