When OEC temporarily disables the UUID the problem improves. However they tell me disabling the UID only affects earlier versions of Sierra Charts not version 1207. But once the re-enable the UUID the disconnecting & reconnecting become a lot more frequent. So very troubling that I am not able to remain with a solid feed/connection so I can trade.

What OEC did is only coincidental. When we contacted you using remote assistance, we noticed that the packet loss to the Sierra Chart server and also to Google was significant. At least 25%. So there is a connectivity problem on your side. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
