Incorrect P/L after connection issue

Hello,

This morning I had some connectivity issues with Teton I believe. I had a TP order that was filled but took a couple minutes before it disappeared on the chart and updated the P/L in the chart trade window. I still had one contract with a TP and SL open. In an attempt to fix the delays, I disconnected and reconnected.
Upon reconnecting, I could see that I only had the one contract still open but my P/L had not changed since before I got filled on the TP.

My remaining contract closed, still no update.
I entered one more trade and after hitting both TPs on the 2 contracts, the P/L still was unchanged. I called my broker and was informed I had a P/L of around 17pts whereas my SierraChart still showed -26.25.

Is there a way to properly pull the correct P/L and also to double check any open positions and outstanding orders?

I will be sending the message log. Relevant section is marked at around 10:33.

Thank you!

The Message Log does not have (nor will it have) any information related to this. We see the reconnection at 10:33, but that is all that shows in there.

If this is the Daily P/L that shows in the Chart and Trade Window, then please go through the information at the following link:

One of the important items about the above is that the Order Fills are correctly present. We do not see any particular reason for the fills to not be there, but if you are missing any order fills, then refer to the following to redownload the fills from the Teton server:
