Hi, Today I have upgraded from version 2904 to 2915. One of my charts does not load therefore, nothing is displayed (it displays correctly in version 2904). I am attaching the chartbook plus a display in both versions. Please let me know what is wrong? Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-06-08 17:53:52

We are not seeing any issues with version 2915, but we did see that the charts are set to a scale of "User Defined". Set the charts to be a scale of "Automatic" and then reset the scales by double left-clicking in the scale (or right click and select Reset). Then you should have the bars showing properly. You can then set the scales to be "User Defined" if that is what you want to use.

If you look at the sc-2915.png you could see that neither the horizontal or vertical scale is shown. I went to the chart menu and selected the scale to automatic but again nothing is shown. If I open the same chart in version 2904 the display is correct as is shown in sc-2904.png. Also, save the chart in version 2904 with the scale set to automatic and then reset and saved it. Importing this to version 2915 had the same effect i.e. nothing is being displayed including scales. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-06-08 21:35:58

After changing to "Automatic" did you reset the scales?

One of the items we note is that your Sierra Chart is not connected to a trading/data service. We wonder if you have any data to be displayed already on your drive. Is there a reason you are not connected to the trading/data service in your images? If not, then be sure to connect in order to get the current data and see if the information populates in that case. Also, you have those charts setup to be Continuous Contract charts, but the NAS100 is not a Futures contract, so it should not be setup as a Continuous Futures Contract. Set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract" to "None". I had set it to "none" before and it did not made any difference. If I open a new chart for NAS100 the data is displayed corrcetly. The problem seems to be related only to this particular chart (dislaying correctly in version 2904 and not in 2915). I do need all the drawings in this chart. Is there anyway I can export them into another chart? Just setting "copy drawing from chart #" does not work. If you can read the chart please send me one with all drawing displayed correctly. Meanwhile I still have to use 2904 until this is sorted. Thanks |

I do need all the drawings in this chart. Is there anyway I can export them into another chart? Just setting "copy drawing from chart #" does not work. After we set the scale on your charts to Automatic we do see them. Here is one of them: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=178109803240.png For all of the reasons why they could be blank, refer to: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I am at a loss here. I have removed all studies and set the chart to automatic. Still nothing. If I change the symbol to anything else again nothing is displayed (not even the candles). I am uploading the modified chart plus a picture of what I see (needless to say it is displayed correctly in version 2904). If you cannot see what is wrong how can I raise a support ticket? |

I don't think so. As a last resort, I have copied the entire sierrachart directory into another drive and then upgraded the second copy to 2915. Therefore, I suppose all the settings should have remained the same. But here is a picture of that menu. I have to stress the problem is only with this chart, as all my other charts are displayed correctly. There is something in this chart that is upsetting the new Sierrachart and prevents correct display. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-06-10 19:31:20

Have you found what the problem is? or a way of exporting all drawings into another chart? Even if I erase "All Text" and then "All Non-Text" drawings (tools menu), the chart is not displayed. There should be nothing on the chart now appart from the price data! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-06-11 21:23:20

I have opened another chart in that chartbook pointing to the same symbol. Both charts have no studies and no drawing. same time zone and session time. I am attaching the chart book and the display in both version 2904 and 2915. As can be seen the problematic chart (the left one) is not displayed in 2915.

We are not able to see any issue with that chart. Attached is exactly what we see when we open the latest chartbook you supplied, which shows the chart just fine. Since we are not able to reproduce this, we do not have anything we can do to "resolve" this issue. Since this is one chart you are having an issue with, you will just have to redo the chart.
