We are not seeing any issues with version 2915, but we did see that the charts are set to a scale of "User Defined". Set the charts to be a scale of "Automatic" and then reset the scales by double left-clicking in the scale (or right click and select Reset). Then you should have the bars showing properly. You can then set the scales to be "User Defined" if that is what you want to use.
