Hello, I would like to confirm whether my market data is real-time or delayed. If it is delayed, how many minutes is the delay? Also, I am seeing a difference between the chart time and my local time. Could you please tell me which time zone setting I should use and how I can verify that my charts are using the correct time? Im member already Thank you. |

You are on the "Base Standard" package. The "Base" packages do not allow for access to the real-time data for those exchanges for which payment must be made to get the real-time data (such as the CME Group and EUREX). Refer to the following: Real-Time Data In terms of Delayed Streaming Data, refer to the following: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If you are wanting real-time data, then we would need to know the exchanges for which you want real-time data so we can point you to the proper instructions. What is the main time zone for which you want to view most (if not all) of your charts? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
