Payment deducted but not reflected in sierrachart

Hello Team,

I was trying to activate below two services for my account, upon doing so the amount from my bank has been deducted but the payment is not reflected in sierrachart.

1. 11 - Integrated Advanced (Monthly) - 46 USD / Month
2. COMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account ($145)

I have attached the amount deduction screenshot from my bank statement for your reference.

Because of this my trading activity has been stopped, request you to kindly help on this at the earliest.

The payments you were trying to make using our payment processor of PayPal V2 did not complete. Those transactions were declined. They will eventually show as note completed on your card account.

We are seeing many more declined payments with PayPal V2, although we do not know why, nor does PayPal give us any information as to why.

Please use the payment processor of "Stripe" that is also available on our Payments page.

I understand. But the amount got deducted from my account and not reversed.

Please guide/help on fixing this.
