Hello Team, I was trying to activate below two services for my account, upon doing so the amount from my bank has been deducted but the payment is not reflected in sierrachart. 1. 11 - Integrated Advanced (Monthly) - 46 USD / Month 2. COMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account ($145) I have attached the amount deduction screenshot from my bank statement for your reference.
