Hi, yesterday I made a monthly payment for the services via Paypal_v2_Payment, as I do every month. I got online confirmation from my credit card company that, the payment was authorized. However, on the SC payment web page I received an error message that the payment was declined. I did the payment again with the same result. I contacted my credit card company, and they confirmed that there are 2 authorized payment requests by SIERRACHART. I’ve no problem to make another attempt via Stripe as it is recommended, I just want to be verify before, that I will not be charged 3 times. Please advise.

We checked our PayPal account, and we do not see these payments there. We do see the declines in our own transaction log. But we do not see these payments at all in the PayPal transaction log. Therefore go ahead and make another payment through Stripe. We think what your bank is seeing, are authorizations that will not become actual deductions on your account. I made a successful payment with Stripe. I'll contact you, if the Paypal will somehow produce a double charge. Have a good day.
