We checked our PayPal account, and we do not see these payments there. We do see the declines in our own transaction log. But we do not see these payments at all in the PayPal transaction log. Therefore go ahead and make another payment through Stripe. We think what your bank is seeing, are authorizations that will not become actual deductions on your account.
