Hello. I have fully funded my Account Balance with 25 USD and my Services Activation page shows EUREX EOBI is authorized and active (all checkmarks are green). However, my software is still strictly stuck on 'Delayed Data Feed = Yes' and my charts show the '[M]' status. I have already cleared the data cache and updated the software. Could you explain me what sould I do to change this?

The statement in "Help >> About" that states "Delayed Data Feed" and "Yes" next to it, does NOT mean that you are getting delayed streaming data. It just means that you have access to our delayed streaming data. In your case, since you have EUREX activated, you would be getting real-time data for EUREX, and then delayed streaming data for The CME Group, U.S. Equities, and CFE. You should not be having an issue with getting the real-time data for EUREX. Is there something else you are seeing that makes you think you are not getting the real-time data? Most likely you are.
