KEU26 is not a valid symbol for Teton. Teton symbols have _FUT_CME appended to the end. So the proper symbol would be the following: KEU26_FUT_CME Make sure the symbol is entered properly in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol". If you are properly getting data for that symbol in the chart, but the only issue is trading it, then you need to talk to your broker about this. It sounds like they may need to set that symbol to be allowed to trade. If you are having issues with the data, then please let us know.
