KEU26 is not a valid symbol for Teton. Teton symbols have _FUT_CME appended to the end. So the proper symbol would be the following: KEU26_FUT_CME Make sure the symbol is entered properly in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".
