Hello, I am having trouble with some NASDAQ symbols not loading. They will load on a simple volume chart with no studies, and no other charts open, but will not load with value area lines, daily, quarterly or yearly ,the entire system freezes, they will not even load the study, I need to go into task manager to close Sierra Chart. I have deleted and downloaded Sierra Chart in its entirety, and re-installed last week for this and another matter which cleared, created a new chart, but it did not resolve the issue. OCG and WOK are recent examples. Not sure what can be done. Thanks Martin |
