it was announced that a new Intraday data file format will be introduced.

My questions on this:

1. Will SC be able to also read the current (then old) file format for existing files?

If the answer to 1. is NO, then the following question become relevant:

2. Will there be a tool or a SC function that converts existing files in the old format to the new format?
(This is especially relevant for very old data that is no longer available on the SC servers.)

1. Yes of course. Sierra Chart will have to support the existing format.
